What did happen so far?
I participated in Facilitation Academy vol.2 when I was building my own professional experience after a European Voluntary Service. I was 27 years old, and this Erasmus+ training was exactly what I needed the most, as I wanted to become a youth worker in the field of international mobility for youth. Apart from meeting with other participants from Europe, it helped me to mostly learn non-formal education methods. I learned how to use them and why, and it gave me all the tools I needed. Of course it was challenging sometimes, but somehow I grew up from those challenges! I am 32 years old now and I work a youth mobility project manager for a youth information center in France, and I use these non-formal methods on a daily basis with my workteam or youngsters: info workshops, pre-departure meetings, trainings for workers… I know how people can profit from them.
In fact, the Facilitation Academy was my big start to become who I am as a professional! And maybe much more…»
